Our Quality Production Process

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 Step 10
01

Raw Material Selection

We handpick only fully matured, dry coconut shells. High-quality raw materials are the foundation of premium briquettes with high density and low ash content.

02

Carbonization Process

The selected shells are burned in controlled steel barrels. This traditional yet effective carbonization process ensures the shells are perfectly charred without turning entirely to ash.

03

Crushing & Sieving

The raw charcoal is thoroughly crushed into a fine powder. It is then sifted to remove impurities, dust, and unburned pieces to maintain maximum purity.

04

Mixing Formulation

The pure charcoal powder is mixed with a natural food-grade tapioca binder and water. Our exact ratio guarantees the briquettes will not emit odor or affect the taste of your shisha.

05

Extrusion & Molding

The wet mixture is fed into a heavy-duty extrusion machine. It is pressed under high pressure to form dense, long briquette logs, which prevents cracking and breaking.

06

Conveyor Processing

The extruded logs are gently transferred onto a conveyor belt. Our skilled workers carefully guide the continuous flow to maintain the perfect shape of every log.

07

Precision Cutting

The logs pass through an automated rotary cutter with precision blades, cleanly slicing them into identical cubes, hexagons, or custom sizes as requested by the buyer.

08

Tray Arrangement

Workers meticulously arrange the wet cut briquettes onto drying trays. Proper spacing is crucial to ensure smooth airflow during the oven drying phase.

09

Oven Drying

The stacked trays are placed into industrial heating ovens. They are baked for 24-48 hours to bring the moisture content down below 5%, ensuring quick ignition and long burn time.

10

Quality Control & Packing

Final drop tests and visual inspections are performed. The cooled briquettes are then safely sealed in inner plastics, put into custom printed boxes, and packed into master cartons.
